Agreement: We are using standard safety for sending the planter to be safely arrived to your hand. In case there are any minor damage caused by the shipping company or external situation, refund can be only retained in 5% to maximum of 7% of total cost of the purchase (as long as it's still usable and repairable) or this package can be exchanged with a random free planter on the next purchase according to the value.
